Resident Aalim : Dr. Cameron Zargar
He is a scholar of Islam who was trained in both the traditional seminary system as well as in academia. He completed advanced studies in the hawza and worked closely with prominent jurists, such as Ayatollah Shobeiri-Zanjani. He then returned to the U.S. to pursue a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies from UCLA. His primary research interests are ethics and the impact of modernity on spiritual consciousness.
Resident Aalim : Shaikh Hasnain Merchant
Studied Islamic Hawza and continues his religious studies. He serves the Dar-e-Zehra community through Jumu‘ah khutbahs, lectures, and educational programs.
